    "TWO original works by musical arranger Chris Pettitt will be among the highlights of the Harpenden Gang Show next month. Chris, who was brought up in St Albans and now lives in Biggleswade, has been associated with the Harpenden show for more than 10 years. He is a full-time musician who teaches clarinet and saxophone on a part time basis and it was in response to a challenge by one of his pupils that Chris was prompted to compose the music for Dance Trance. A recording of the computer generated piece will form the basis of a dance routine. Chris has also written the music for a song to be included in the finale.
